Position Overview
Arrow Staffing is now Hiring for an Inventory Control Manager who will oversee and maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory, invoicing, and logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple departments and requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and able to identify and resolve discrepancies at a high level.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:30 PM (Mandatory overtime required)

Pay: $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile driver invoices, payments, and delivery documentation

  • Review and audit invoices for discrepancies, pricing changes, and accuracy; ensure timely system updates

  • Verify payments, balance accounts, and provide accounting with accurate funds and remittance details

  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and system-to-physical reconciliations

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including short shipments, missing documentation, pricing issues, and damaged goods

  • Perform inventory adjustments only after thorough research and validation

  • Monitor inventory performance by tracking variances, adjustments, and trends; identify root causes and implement corrective actions

  • Generate and maintain reports related to inventory accuracy, discrepancies, and stock levels

  • Oversee receiving and put-away processes to ensure timely, accurate system entry and proper documentation

  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and damages; track and follow up on ETAs

  • Process returns from deliveries, issue credits, and ensure proper reintegration into inventory

  • Maintain accurate and organized records by scanning and documenting all inventory-related transactions for audit readiness

  • Develop, improve, and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent recurring issues and increase operational efficiency

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment across all processes

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Inventory Control Manager or in a high-level inventory control role

  • Strong experience with invoice reconciliation, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution

  • Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and/or Sage (required)

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume inventory and documentation processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mandatory overtime as needed

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Education

  • High school diploma required
