Outbound Shipping Coordinator
Location: Onsite Sayreville, NJ (08872)
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Summary
The Outbound Shipping Coordinator supports timely and accurate shipment of goods by coordinating outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and partnering with internal teams to resolve shipping issues. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an onsite warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and records
Partner with shipping and receiving teams to support efficient operations
Identify and resolve shipping-related issues promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
