Summary:
Responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment for the Department. Maintains inventory records, processes requisitions, and supports daily stockroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue and receive parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry
  • Load/unload deliveries and stock shelves
  • Process and ship orders to Divisions and Districts
  • Ensure security of storage areas
  • Assist vendors and respond to phone inquiries
  • Support inspections and office moves as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months experience in inventory or stockroom operations
  • 6+ months administrative or inventory management experience
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
