Summary:
Responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment for the Department. Maintains inventory records, processes requisitions, and supports daily stockroom operations.
Responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment for the Department. Maintains inventory records, processes requisitions, and supports daily stockroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and receive parts, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry
- Load/unload deliveries and stock shelves
- Process and ship orders to Divisions and Districts
- Ensure security of storage areas
- Assist vendors and respond to phone inquiries
- Support inspections and office moves as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months experience in inventory or stockroom operations
- 6+ months administrative or inventory management experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
