Job Title : International Freight Operations Supervisor – Full Time

We are looking for a high energy, positive individual with an eye for detail, to join our International Freight Operations team.
Why you’ll be doing:
・ Data entry, record keeping, and processing of Ocean import and export shipments documentation; including AWB’s, BOL’s, Insurance Certificates, Routing Alerts and Pre-Alerts etc.
・ Primary communication link with customers relative to tracking/tracing shipments.Supervising team- excellent leadership and training skills
- Ocean Freight Import
Required experience for this position:
- NVOCC License or 5 plus ocean freight experience a must!
・ At least 5-7 years international freight forwarder experience. Or,
International logistics experience at a shipper or importer.
Preferred experience/ability for this position:
・ Effective planning/organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to set priorities; attention to detail.
・ Works well under pressure; must be flexible and open to changing priorities and multiple projects.
・ Good computer/data entry skills, strong familiarity with Gmail.
・ Ability to take initiative independently
・ Ability to learn spontaneously for improving work performance.
・ Ability to organize working environment efficiently.
