Schedule: Full-Time (4.5 days/week, transitioning to 4 days)

Qualifications
- Education: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of residency completion) in Internal Medicine.
- Licensure: Active Virginia medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
- Experience: While experience is preferred, new graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Care: Provide comprehensive clinical care for adult patients (ages 18+).
- Patient Panel: Maintain a 4.5-day work week while building your patient panel; once established, the schedule will transition to 4 days per week.
- Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and clinical documentation.
- Teamwork: Maintain a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with staff and colleagues.
