We’re hiring an Internal Medicine Physician who wants a rewarding outpatient career with a balanced schedule, strong support, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

You’ll step into a primary care role focused on outpatient adult and senior populations. You’ll provide comprehensive care including preventive screenings, in-office procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care), and chronic disease management, with full support from a dedicated care team and leadership.

You’ll practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with access to the city’s lakefront views, vibrant cultural scene, world-class breweries, and a rich culinary reputation, all while enjoying a cost of living below the national average and a welcoming Midwestern community.

• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule
• No nights, weekends, or in-hospital call (call shared among providers)
• Max patient panel of 650, averaging 10-12 patients/day

• Base salary of $260,000 + up to 20% bonus potential

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $260,000 + up to 20% bonus potential (total potential $312,000)
• Health insurance: 100% employer-paid for employee-only Basic Plan
• Dental & vision: $0/month employee-only dental; vision $3.10/month
• Life insurance & AD&D: Employer-paid, 1x salary up to $250,000
• PTO: 15 days annually + 10 paid holidays
