Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid medical license for the state of practice
- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with clinical research or trials
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Multilingual capabilities
- Participation in professional societies or ongoing medical education
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of post-residency experience in Hematology and Oncology
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy and quality improvement
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical needs and schedules
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Travel reimbursements, licensure, and certification expenses covered when applicable
