What You Will Do
Assemble install and test flight hardware
Work with large and small fragile assemblies
Use precision calibrated tools including torque wrenches micrometers and calipers
Read and interpret technical drawings and detailed work instructions
Perform high pressure pneumatic testing
Execute work per procedures specifications and test instructions
Use mechanical hand and power tools independently
Partner with production engineers and quality teams to document work
Follow industry standard ESD best practices
Ensure work is completed on time safely and professionally
Support additional tasks as assigned to keep operations moving

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Six or more years of experience in hardware assembly test or installation

Preferred Skills and Experience
Aerospace aviation military or other high reliability environment experience
Assembly and testing of propulsion avionics or harness systems
FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
Experience supporting flight hardware in a fast paced production environment
Strong manual dexterity using hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand technical drawings manuals and reports
NASA STD 8739.3 and 8739.4 certification current or prior
IPC A 610 IPC WHMA 620 and IPC J STD 001 certifications current or prior
Experience using precision measurement instruments
Cleanroom experience
Strong team collaboration skills
Ability to shift priorities quickly in a demanding environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using MS Office and Google Workspace
Forklift crane or heavy equipment experience

Additional Requirements
Ability to work overtime weekends and different shifts as needed
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted
Comfort climbing ladders and working in tight spaces
