Overview
Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Integration Specialist III (Work Week Scheduler) in Richland, WA.
This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD).
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
The Work Week Scheduler is responsible and accountable for the integration of work activities performed at the 222-S Lab using the Rolling Work Week Schedule process. This position ensures that work is properly prioritized, planned, resource loaded, and executed with little to no conflict. Self-motivation, strong leadership skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills are a key part of this position. The ideal candidate must be able to manage time effectively and multi-task to meet deadlines while achieving high performance in work execution.
Generate work schedules, Release Sheets, Plan of the Week, and Plan of the Day
Coordinate work activities with Facility Operations and Maintenance, Analytical Operations, Waste Operations, and Construction forces
Assign support organizations' resources to scheduled work to meet resource needs
Interface with other Hanford Contractors and outside vendors to ensure work is scheduled properly
Ensure resources are fully utilized throughout the organization
Submit Loaned Labor Requests for other Hanford Contractor resource needs
Conduct daily and weekly meetings covering work scheduled on the T-2, T-1, plan of the day, and end of day status meetings
Perform duties of the Expeditor during their absence
May act as a delegate for the Integration Manager during their absence
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field and 8 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
Strong understanding of the Rolling Work Week scheduling process.
Compensation
Grade 18: $109,013 - $137,538
The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
