Add to revenue growth by managing the execution of a marketing and sales strategy that includes new direct agency sales of commercial property and excess and surplus coverage of non-profits. Teams Activities: • Developing individual marketing and sales plan with agreed production quotas. • Assisting with initial data gathering for all prospects. • Working with MGA Underwriters to develop prospect presentation materials. • Effectively cold call and set appointments with new agency prospects to present coverage options and value proposition. • Participate in prospect sales calls and strategy meetings. • Present company offering for all client prospects during the proposal presentation, via teleconference or onsite meeting. • Developing relationships with the prospect during pre-sale process and be the subject matter expert for plan design, underwriting guidelines, paperwork requirements and implementation process and timelines. • Close prospects on company offerings. • Assist with retention of existing client base by presenting renewal strategy & solutions. • Participate in industry networking events, conferences, etc..
