SUMMARY

At D&W Agency, we are one of the fastest growing established Allstate Agents in the Greater Houston market with offices in Spring and Kingwood, TX.

We've grown exponentially since we started in 2015, up to a team of nearly 30 people across Texas and in other states. We have big goals and need people who are ready to think and win big.

We are looking for a driven, focused, team-oriented Sales Supervisor to manage new business policy sales and oversee a thriving sales team of 10 to 15 top-performing sales agents.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Setting, monitoring, and driving sales objectives.
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  • Contributing to meeting sales targets through production, follow up, and helping others close business.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Coaching and educating sales agents daily.
  • Daily review, reporting, and discussion of team member sales metrics including, but not limited to: call volume, call quality, quote Volume, premium and items sold.
  • New Hire and Ongoing Sales Training.
  • Assist with and lead sales team meetings.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent insurance sales supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional sales experience, acumen, and passion required.
  • Solid understanding of insurance policies and products. Personal lines property experience required; life, commercial, etc. a plus.
  • Be able to provide mentorship and growth to a sales team.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Effective Culture and Brand ambassador.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Must be motivated and determined.
