Position Overview:
As a licensed Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing clients' insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your expertise will help clients navigate their insurance options and ensure they have the coverage they need.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers on insurance options including auto, home, life, and financial products.
  • Service existing accounts, assist with policy changes, present quotes, proposals, and policy documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and renewals.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Explanation of various policies, coverage options, and terms to clients.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid NC insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life, Health).
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using insurance computer software and CRM systems.
  • Preferred (butnot required):Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
