Are you self-motivated, sharp, computer savvy, and driven to succeed?
The Boulton Agency is hiring a sales-focused team member who can learn quickly, take initiative, and turn opportunity into results. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in insurance sales and is motivated by growth, performance, and income potential.
This is a full-time role for someone who communicates well, learns fast, stays organized, and does not need to be chased to do the job. We will train the right person that fits in our team concept, but we are looking for initiative, coachability, and a strong desire to win.
You will work with prospects and customers to quote and sell auto, home, and other insurance products while learning our systems, sales process, and product knowledge.
- Compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but the right candidate may be hired before licensing and trained to obtain it.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Quote and sell auto, home, and other insurance products
- Generate, track, and follow up on new sales opportunities
- Build relationships with prospects and existing customers to create new business
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Explain coverage clearly, overcome objections, and ask for the sale
- Manage leads, follow-up activity, and pipeline tasks in the agency CRM
- Maintain accurate records and meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity standards
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and personal initiative
- Comfortable with computers, software, and learning new systems quickly
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license
Preferred (but not required)
- Active Property & Casualty license and prior sales experience are preferred, but not required for the right candidate
