- Connect with prospective clients to understand their life and health insurance needs.
- Educate clients on policy options and recommend suitable coverage.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing policyholders.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up diligently.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license (Required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly life and health insurance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
