Salary Range: $45000.00 - $115000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
- Analyze client situations to recommend the most suitable insurance policies.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Process applications and manage policy renewals accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve client service strategies.
Requirements
- A valid Florida or 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferably within insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help people and understand their unique needs.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
- Comfort with learning and using new software and technology.
