Responsibilities

  • Consistently generate and close new business through proactive prospecting, quoting, and sales presentations
  • Build and maintain a strong referral network with real estate agents, lenders, and local business partners
  • Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies and exceeding production goals

Requirements
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must.
  • Property and casualty license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance is available.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
