Responsibilities

  1. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  2. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  3. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  4. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Be outstanding at relationship building.
  7. Develop and maintain client relationships.
  8. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

IN THE END, NEW BUSINESS IS WHAT GENERATES INCOME AND THE GOAL IS FOR YOU TO MAXIMIZE EFFORTS IN AN ATTEMPT TO MAXIMIZE SALES RESULTING IN MAXIMIZED INCOME.


Requirements
  1. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  2. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  3. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  4. Prior Sales Experience is a plus.
  5. Career minded vision.
  6. A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
  7. A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
  8. Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
