Responsibilities
- Find and connect with new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Understand clients needs and recommend suitable insurance products (primarily personal lines home, auto, and life)
- Explain policy options, benefits, and costs in clear terms.
- Prepare quotes and help clients complete applications.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and follows regulations.
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage renewals or additional coverage.
- Reach or exceed sales goals set by the company.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and policies.
- Provide customer support and assist with claims when needed.
- Work with underwriters and team members to manage policies smoothly.
Requirements
