We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Fremont, NE. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, help them secure the right coverage for their needs, and contribute to the long-term success of our agency.
- $40,000-$50,000 base salary, based on experience
- Expected first year earnings with commission and bonus opportunities of $70,000-$90,000

Responsibilities
- Conduct annual customer reviews to ensure clients coverage stays aligned with their needs
- Cross-sell additional products to provide comprehensive protection for clients
- Prospect and acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Collaborate with the agent and team members to meet sales goals and business objectives
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to serve clients better
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hiring)
- Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
