Our fast-growing insurance agency is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Agent! We are the largest Allstate Insurance Agency in Arizona and currently have a team of 28+ Insurance Professionals and growing.

The salary range listed below is an average, but our pay structure has no cap, and many of our team members exceed this average.

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective prospecting, presentations, and closing
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends
• Track pipeline activity, client interactions, and sales performance in CRM systems

Licensing: Active Property and Casualty License required.

Remote Work Location: Candidates must be located within two hours of Arizona's time zone, and maintain high speed internet and a dedicated private workspace

Experience: Sales and Insurance experience highly preferred
