Salary Range: $4000.00 - $6000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Follow up on leads promptly and effectively
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and benefits

• Active Property & Casualty License (Life & Health accepted as well or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
