Insurance Sales Producer (Entry-level or Experienced)

Salary Range: $4000.00 - $6000.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

• Sell auto, home, life, and/or commercial insurance products
• Prospect, quote, and close new business
• Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines
• Follow up on warm leads and self-generated opportunities
• Hit activity and sales targets with confidence and consistency
• Maintain accurate client and policy records

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, quoting software, email, etc.)
