We are seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will generate new business, retain clients, and contribute to the continued success of our agency. This is a hybrid remote position with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time agent role if desired.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new clients through calls, referrals, and networking
  • Write and retain new insurance business
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Follow up on leads and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client activity and sales

Requirements
  • Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally
  • Sales-oriented mindset with unlimited earning potential
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Coachable and open to feedback to continuously improve performance
