Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, and property managers
- Turn first conversations into long-term referral partners
- Maintain accounts through consistent touchpoints, job updates, and proactive communication
- Identify opportunities across water, fire, contents, and large-loss restoration
- Stay in the field daily, present, connecting, following up, and driving the pipeline
- Coordinate internal handoffs so clients feel taken care of from start to finish
- Keep a clean pipeline: document activity, forecast accurately, and track outreach consistently
- Represent our brand with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

Pay, Benefits, and Tools Provided
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000/year (based on experience)
- Commission: 3% on closed business; typical total earnings $70,000 to $100,000+ (performance-based)
- Company vehicle + company credit card
