Job Description:
A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join its in-office team. This role involves handling inbound calls related to auto insurance quotes and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires reporting to the office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The successful candidate will manage overflow calls, return missed calls from weekends or after-hours inquiries, and answer basic customer questions as trained. Strong punctuality, dependability and availability are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to auto insurance quotes and customer service inquiries.
- Take overflow calls when other agents are busy.
- Return missed calls from the weekend or after-hours.
- Respond to basic customer questions based on training provided.
- Maintain punctuality, dependability and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years of personal lines auto experience in a customer service environment with independent agencies
- At least 1 year of experience working with carriers such as Progressive, Geico, Travelers, NatGen, Nationwide, Bristol West, Root, The General, Dairyland
- Active Georgia property and casualty producer license
- Experience with employee benefits (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills and administrative proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability
Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions and internal equity.
