The focus of this role is to perform the essential function of aiding our business clients with their service needs. Specific service and marketing responsibilities are required in this position to make certain we grow and retain our customer base. We are committed to maintaining high delivery standards and focus on quality.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Process customer policy change requests and payments from customers.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• At least two (2) years of insurance experience.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
