Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense)

A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its insurance defense team, with a focus on construction defect and bodily injury matters. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting complex litigation, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and stable team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation across multiple matters
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
- Prepare materials for hearings, mediations, and trial
- Review and analyze medical, billing, employment, and claim records
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Manage case files, deadlines, and e-filing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense preferred)
- Experience with construction defect and/or bodily injury cases is a plus
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Florida state and federal court procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with billable time entry is preferred
