A reputable and fast-paced litigation team is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong insurance defense background to join their practice. This is a hybrid opportunity offering flexibility along with the chance to work on complex, high-volume litigation matters.

What You’ll Do
- Manage cases from inception through trial alongside attorneys
- Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materials
- Handle subpoenas, exhibits, and trial binders
- Coordinate expert witnesses and CMEs
- Maintain litigation calendars and critical deadlines
- Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Conduct legal and medical-related research
- Communicate with clients and legal teams in a professional manner
- Track and enter billable time daily
What You Bring
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense required)
- Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and e-filing (state & federal)
- Experience with discovery, document management, and trial prep
- Trial experience is a plus
- FRP or CP certification preferred
- Prior billing experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
