Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, conducting depositions, and trial.
- Manage a caseload involving premises liability, products liability, CD claims, and general casualty.
- Conduct thorough and meticulous legal research and analysis.
- Engage in settlement negotiations with a focus on achieving favorable results for our clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop defense strategies.
- Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience or interest in premises liability, products liability, construction defect, or general casualty.
