Job Details
You will manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through trial, including:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Provide legal advice and client support
- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on strategy
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active TX bar admission required
