Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and professionally, whether in person or over the phone.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, billing, and general information.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and new applications accurately.
Help clients understand their coverage and answer any questions they may have.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to policy issuance.
Maintain organized client records and update information in our system as needed.
Handle client complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; Property & Casualty experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
A genuine desire to help others and solve problems.
