Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide exemplary customer service to clients by answering enquiries related to insurance policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome that aligns with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Information Dissemination: Effectively communicate policy information, changes, and benefits to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients to update them about new products or policy details relevant to their needs.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather and forward client feedback to ensure service improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Preferably speaking Turkish language

Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially within the insurance industry, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and effective interactions with clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfort with using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.
