Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who thrives in a service-first environment and takes pride in helping customers while identifying opportunities to add value. You will support clients across personal and commercial lines, handling day-to-day service needs while also having the opportunity to grow your income through sales activities if you choose. This is a Monday through Friday role with no evenings or weekends.
- Base salary starting at $40,000, with first-year commissions ranging from $5,000 - $20,000+

- Assist customers with policy servicing and account needs
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell coverage
- Support new business efforts through outreach and referrals
- Submit and manage claims processes
- Shop policies to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
- Process payments and maintain accurate account records
