Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and general information.
Schedule appointments and manage the agents calendar effectively.
Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and organized.
Support the agent with various administrative tasks as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
Language: bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
Insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
