We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Rep to support agency growth and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating clearly, and growing within a structured but flexible environment.
- Hybrid remote position after training
- Base hourly pay of $16 to $18

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Make follow-up calls as needed
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
- Sell additional coverage to current customers
- Contact customers regarding billing, savings, updates, and policy changes
- Build strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Active insurance license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and ability to de-escalate calls
- Organized with strong attention to detail
