Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Make follow-up calls as needed
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
  • Sell additional coverage to current customers
  • Contact customers regarding billing, savings, updates, and policy changes
  • Build strong customer relationships

Requirements
  • Active insurance license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathy and ability to de-escalate calls
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
