Were hiring a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative to help support and grow our client base. In this role, youll provide high-level service, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to offer additional protection. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with the flexibility to work from home.
- Base Salary starting at $48,000
- Commission and bonuses average a year $27,000+
- Medical stipend: $3,000 annually
- Estimated first-year total compensation: $78,000+

Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Process policy updates, changes, and endorsements
- Schedule client appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain clear, timely, and positive communication
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Previous insurance experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a team-first attitude
