Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit into our company. We are are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Tomball (77375 location). Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance with their insurance needs.

Only apply if you have a Property and Casualty Insurance license as we are seeking experienced candidates only.

ALLSTATE experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $32000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Generating insurance quotes
• Provideexceptional customer service
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• MUST have a Property and Casualty License
