Job Details
We are hiring an Insurance Coverage Associate in Palm Beach Gardens, and this is a strong opportunity to join a well-established national defense firm with a highly respected coverage practice.
What You’ll Do:
Handle insurance coverage matters involving commercial general liability and professional liability
Draft coverage opinions, position letters, and responses to settlement demands
Manage cases independently from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal research memoranda
Attend mediations, hearings, and case management conferences
Work directly with partners on strategy and client communication
What We’re Looking For:
3–7 years of insurance coverage experience
Strong background in coverage analysis and litigation support
Excellent research and writing skills
Ability to manage deadlines and cases independently
Active Florida Bar license
