Come join our beautiful downtown Edmonds Allstate Insurance Agency near the waterfront! We're growing and looking to add two Entry-Level Insurance Sales Producers to our team.

No prior insurance experience is required - well train you for success!

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls and close new business

Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on quotes

Master our proven Allstate sales process (full training provided)

Provide excellent service to existing clients

Maintain positive relationships and contribute to a team-oriented culture

Ability to obtain WA state personal lines insurance license within 3 weeks of hire date - license assistance available

Friendly, outgoing personality enjoys working with people

Strong communication and negotiation skills
