Were looking to add a Customer Service Rep to our close-knit team, someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and growing their career in a place where people genuinely look out for one another.


This role blends customer service and some cross-selling, allowing you to work with both new and existing customers. Youll be supported with hands-on training, guidance from experienced leadership, and the tools you need to succeed, without being left to figure things out on your own. Responsibilities

  • Work with existing and new customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Recommend appropriate coverage options across for Home and Auto products
  • Review current policies and cross-sell other lines when needed
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Contribute to individual and team goals in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Use agency systems and tools to manage customer interactions and stay organized

Requirements
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
  • Insurance or sales experience required, prior employment with Allstate a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
  • Works well independently and as part of a collaborative, team-based sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to build relationships, stay organized, and follow through
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office and agency systems
