The Marnette Bromberg Allstate Agency is a results-driven insurance team supporting clients across three New England states. Were looking for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a sales-focused environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity. Ideal candidates are local, motivated, and ready to contribute to a team that values performance, growth, and client relationships.
In this role, youll work directly with existing policyholders, reviewing coverage, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions that meet their needs while driving new business through cross-selling and outreach.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with policy questions and service needs
- Review current coverage and recommend appropriate policy enhancements
- Achieve sales goals through cross-selling, referrals, and proactive communication
- Split time between Providence and Dedham offices as needed
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and client care
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Active insurance license (required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales and/or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced office setting
- Must live locally and be available for full-time, onsite work
