We're seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to support and grow our existing book of business. This role focuses on servicing client accounts, handling policy needs, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and expand coverage. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, and supporting both service and sales efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients, and contributing to both retention and revenue growth.
- Hourly base pay of $22.50 plus commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions and service needs
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication
- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients
- Support billing inquiries and claims-related questions
Requirements
- An active Property and Casualty insurance license is required, Life License is a plus
- Prior insurance or account management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using technology and agency systems
- Goal-oriented with a client-focused mindset
