We're seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to support and grow our existing book of business. This role focuses on servicing client accounts, handling policy needs, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and expand coverage. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, and supporting both service and sales efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients, and contributing to both retention and revenue growth.

  • Hourly base pay of $22.50 plus commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy questions and service needs
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communication
  • Manage and maintain client accounts
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients
  • Support billing inquiries and claims-related questions

Requirements
  • An active Property and Casualty insurance license is required, Life License is a plus
  • Prior insurance or account management experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable using technology and agency systems
  • Goal-oriented with a client-focused mindset
  • Honest, patient, and driven attitude
