As an Insulation Installer, youll play a crucial role in transforming residential spaces by installing insulation that ensures comfort and savings. Youll collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver top-quality results that truly make a difference for homeowners.
What Youll Do:
As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Navigating tight spaces to install insulation beneath homes and in attics, especially during warm weather.
- Removing old insulation and disposing of it safely and properly.
- Measuring and cutting insulation to fit walls and work around plumbing and other obstacles.
- Securing insulation in place using staples, tape, or screws.
- Utilizing spray foam compressors to apply insulation into hard-to-reach areas.
- Installing moisture barriers and protective plastic sheeting to safeguard insulation.
- Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment.
What Youll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience working with insulation or a strong willingness to learn along with basic physical labor skills.
- A valid drivers license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) over the past 3 years (preferred but not required). You may need to drive company vehicles to job sites.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
- Physical strength to lift and move 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.
- The ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to put in effort.
- Good communication and professionalism since this role involves working inside and around clients homes.
