We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technicians to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical and instrumentation systems used in our operations. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in 4160 electrical systems, compression systems, and natural gas equipment.
  • Carry out inspections and tests on electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure they are operating correctly and safely.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, level transmitters, flow meters, and control valves.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and improve equipment performance.
  • Document all maintenance and repair work, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an I&E Technician, Instrumentation Technician, or a similar role in the Energy industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with 4160 electrical systems, compression systems, and natural gas equipment.
  • Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions, heights, and confined spaces.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different work sites as required.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field is preferred.
