Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer Overview: Seeking an experienced I&C Engineer to lead and support project scopes for a growing EPCm engineering consultancy serving industrial process manufacturers across pulp & paper, chemical, CPG, food & beverage, power, and heavy industrial sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope, deliverables, budgets, and success criteria
  • Lead I&C engineering efforts from study and design through construction, commissioning, and startup
  • Support client needs, manage scope changes, and ensure project quality, schedule, and cost targets are met
  • Oversee project execution while building strong client relationships

 

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in project engineering/management within EPC or engineering consulting environments
  • Strong background in DCS and PLC control system design
  • Proven success delivering capital projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
