The Learning & Development team is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Instructional Designer / Learning Administrator to manage updates and redesigns of existing training while supporting ongoing learning projects.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance design, administration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and update engaging eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate content.
Manage courses, assignments, and reporting in the LMS/CMS.
Monitor and troubleshoot course issues; respond to user support tickets.
Coordinate assignments, communications, and timelines with cross-functional learning teams.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in instructional design, LMS administration, and project management.
Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
Hands-on LMS administration experience (e.g., OnPoint, Cornerstone, SumTotal, Docebo, Litmos).
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.

Preferred:
Experience designing for global or multi-language audiences.
Corporate or technology environment experience.
Strong visual design and storytelling skills.
Project management and/or LMS certifications.
