About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve institutional investors, fund managers, family offices, endowments, foundations, and operators across private markets—integrating deal flow, institutional-grade analysis, investor relations support, training, and placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to create real earning opportunities, verified credibility, and direct exposure to institutional capital activity. Once verified, analysts can immediately begin earning income by supporting live capital allocation, fundraising, and investment evaluation efforts across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Institutional Capital Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Institutional Capital Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, Institutional Capital Analysts:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  • Gain access to paid institutional capital analysis and transaction support work

  • Support institutional investors and fund managers across fundraising, allocation, and deal evaluation

  • Build a verified institutional transaction and capital track record with an Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:
Senior Institutional Capital Analyst · Lead Institutional Capital Analyst · Institutional Capital Analyst / Associate

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges

Senior Institutional Capital Analyst

  • Rating Score: 90–100

  • Pay: $150–200/hour

  • Typical Background:
Former investment banking, institutional asset management, private equity, capital advisory, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of experience working with institutional investors

Lead Institutional Capital Analyst

  • Rating Score: 80–89

  • Pay: $100–150/hour

  • Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in institutional investing, fund analysis, capital markets, or advanced financial modeling

Institutional Capital Analyst / Associate

  • Rating Score: 60–79

  • Pay: $50–100/hour

  • Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical, modeling, and institutional research skills

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Institutional Capital Analysts may support the following activities:

Institutional Investment & Allocation Analysis

  • Fund and manager evaluation (PE, VC, private credit, real assets)

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for.
Approvals are earned through assessment and demonstrated performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

  2. Receive category-specific approvals (Institutional Analysis, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

  3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin earning immediately through hourly institutional projects and live capital work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified analysts are actively promoted to institutional investors, fund managers, and capital allocators across the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

  • Visibility to institutional investors and fund managers

  • Approved institutional analysis and support categories

  • Recommended hourly compensation levels

Compensation & Deal Economics

  • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

  • Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level

  • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
