Installer - Counter Tops

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Countertop Installer to join our installation team. This role is responsible for delivering, installing, and finishing granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops at residential and commercial customer locations while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to deliver, load, and install granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops
• Install countertops, sinks, and related products according to industry standards and best practices
• Safely operate power tools to cut, polish, grind, shape, and make onsite adjustments as needed
• Ensure the company vehicle is properly stocked with required tools and materials for daily jobs
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and in person
• Provide job status updates, progress reports, and troubleshooting details to management
• Upload job-related photos and updates to a web-based job tracking system
• Operate company vehicles safely while complying with local, state, and federal traffic laws
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; trade-related education or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with basic carpentry or construction techniques
• Ability to accurately measure, level, and apply caulking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to calmly handle concerns or complaints
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to train or assist others when required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean or reasonable driving record over the past 5 years
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Regular exposure to dust, airborne particles, and moderate-to-high noise levels
• Use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (100+ lbs.)
• Frequent kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping, and standing for extended periods
