Installation Manager – Industrial & Commercial HVAC (No Overnight Travel)

You will ensure the efficient execution of HVAC installations across various commercial venues, from healthcare to high-rise buildings. Bringing a minimum of five years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting, you will apply your in-depth technical understanding to oversee complete project lifecycles while staying localized in Wisconsin. Utilize your strong leadership skills to act as the central communication hub among project stakeholders, managing resource allocation, and ensuring timely procurement and scheduling of materials. You will conduct regular site assessments, ensuring adherence to all project specifications and promptly addressing any issues. Expect to complete all project documentation and oversee the final stages of project closeout.
