Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
3. Develop and implement installation procedures and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
4. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
5. Conduct regular inspections of installation work to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
6. Handle any installation-related issues or disruptions, implementing solutions and adjustments as necessary.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure seamless integration of installation processes.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in installation technologies and methodologies.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on installation progress and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on vehicle wrap, installation, and wrapping buses and/or trains.
2. Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale installation projects.
3. Strong technical knowledge and skills in installation methodologies and procedures.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding effective solutions to installation-related challenges.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
10. Relevant certifications or qualifications in installation management or a related field would be a plus.
